PRODUCT INFORMATION

What are your caps made of?

All Caps and complimentary dustbag is made in 100% in OEKO-TEX certified cotton. OEKO-TEX is a certification system ensuring textiles are free from harmful substances,
tested at all production stages. When a product is OEKO-TEX certified, it's rigorously tested for safety, assuring consumers of its health and environmental friendliness.

Visor peak (birms): 100% certified recycled post-consumer polyethylene.

Using post-consumer recycled plastics helps reduce waste and conserves resources by giving used plastics a new life, contributing to a more sustainable and circular economy.

How should I wash my cap?

We recommend to hand wash all our caps.

Where are your caps produced?

Our caps are produced in Bangladesh and in China.

The cap I want is out of stock, will it be restocked?

Some caps will eventually get restocked, please sign up to our restock alert at the product page, and you will get a notify by email when the item is available.

What size should I have?

Currently, all our caps come in one size. All caps are in women size and have an adjustable strap to make the fit perfect for your head.

ORDERS & DELIVERIES

Where do you ship from?

All orders are sent from Sweden.

What type of payments do you take?

We use Shopify payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna).

Can I use a promotional code with my order?

Yes, all promotional codes can be added at the payment information section of the Checkout, enter the code, and proceed to checkout.

What happens after I have placed an order?

After you have placed your order on sunkissdcaps.com, you will receive a confirmation via email with all the order details and an order number to the email address you provided at checkout. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. You will then receive shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. The delivery time depends on where the order is being shipped to.

Orders within Sweden has a delivery time of 1-3 days from the date when you receive your shipment notification.

Orders to all other European countries, the delivery time is usually 3-6 days, depending on where you live and your local postal service.

Please be aware that delays may occur due to high demand at the shipping company or an increased volume of orders at our warehouse. If there are any further or unexpected delays with your order, we will personally reach out to you to provide updates.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to all countries within the European union.

How much does the shipping cost?

For Swedish market shipping fee is 39 SEK for orders under 750 SEK. For all orders over 750 SEK, the shipping will be free of charge.

For other European markets, the shipping fee is 4 EUR for orders under 75 EUR. For all orders over 75 EUR, the shipping will be free of charge.

The cost of shipping will also be displayed at checkout.

How long is the delivery time?

Orders within Sweden has a delivery time of 1-3 days from the date when you receive your shipment notification.

Orders to all other European countries, the delivery time is usually 3-6 days, depending on where you live and your local postal service.

What delivery options do you offer?

We work with various shipping partners, selected based on the size of your order and the country you’re ordering from. Your shipping information will be visible in check out and in your shipping confirmation email.

For Nordic orders, your order will be shipped with Post Nord.

For orders to the other countries in European union, your order will be shipped by Sendify and forwarding company can vary.

Can I change/cancel my order?

If your order is already processed, unfortunately we cannot change or cancel the order at that stage. Contact us at contact@sunkissdcaps.com and we can check if your order is not yet processed and see if we can help. Otherwise, we recommend to pick up parcel when arriving to pick up point and make a return.

How do I track my order?

When your order is being sent from warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification on email with a tracking link.

Can I buy Sunkissd Caps in store?

For the moment, we only sell our caps at sunkissdcaps.com.
If you are a retailer and are interested in becoming a partner to Sunkissdcaps, please send us an email to contact@sunkissdcaps.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For how long can I return my items?

Sunkissdcaps.com offers 14 days return from the day you receive your order. The cost of return for Sweden is 49 SEK and for the rest of European countries the cost is 9 EUR.

To make a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it in original packaging with all tags still in place. You're welcome to try the product at home, but it should remain in its original condition, avoid wearing makeup when trying your Sunkissd cap on, it can easily leave marks. Upon receiving your return, it may take up to 7 days for us to process and approve it through our quality control measures.

What is the cost of a return?

The cost of returns in Sweden is 49 SEK and for all other of European countries the cost of return is 9 EUR.

How do I make a return?

To register and make a return, contact us at contact@sunkissdcaps.com and you will receive an email with your return label / QR code and then drop of your return at closest accurate postal service to send your order back to us.

How do I make an exchange?

To exchange your ordered items to another item, contact us at contact@sunkissdcaps.com and we will send you a return label and a free shipping code for you to use for your new order. It is free of charge to exchange an item at Sunkissdcaps.com of same order value.

How do I make a complaint?

If you want to make a complain, contact us contact@sunkissdcaps.com.
Please prepare 1-3 pictures of the complaint on your item and have them ready for when you register your complaint. If the complaint is approved, we will replace your item with a new one.
Please note that sunkissdcaps.com does not replace item damages caused by improper use.

What happens if I don't pick up my package at the pick up point?

The package will be stored at pick up point for 7 days before it gets returned to sunkissdcaps.com. Once we have received your package, you will receive an email with a return confirmation. For all packages that gets in return without being picked up from pick up point, we will charge a fee of 200 SEK / 20 EUR, to cover the return shipping and handling costs. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

Do I need to return my items in the original packaging?

We encourage all our customers to use the same packaging as you received your items in. The packaging can be resealed and thereby we can minimize the environmental impact buy use it twice. Please note you also have to have the items repacked with the accompanying dust bag and with all tags still in place at the item.

What happens when I have sent back my return?

Upon receiving your return, it may take up to 7 days for us to process and approve it through our quality control measures. Once your return has been processed, we'll reach out to you via the email address provided during ordering. If your return doesn't meet our criteria, we'll provide further information. If the return is approved, the original order value will be refunded to your chosen payment method. Please note that a return shipping cost of 49SEK / 9EUR will be deducted from your refund.

The refund process may take up to 5 banking days. If it exceeds this time, feel free to contact us at contact@sunkissdcaps.com for assistance.
