These purchase terms ("Purchase Terms") apply when you, as a private individual, make a purchase from www.sunkissdcaps.com ("Website"). PURCHASE TERMS
In connection with placing your order on the website, you accept the following purchase terms:

By placing an order on sunkissdcaps.com, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission to purchase from us.
We have a fourteen (14) day return policy.
All personal information you provide to us or that we receive will be handled by Sunkissd Caps AB.
The price of the product is as displayed on the website on the date you place the order.
Your total cost, including payment fees and shipping costs, will be disclosed before the purchase is confirmed by you.
The delivery time is normally one to seven (1-6) days depending on your location. It may be longer during promotions and sales.
The following information must be provided by you as a customer when ordering from sunkissdcaps.com: name, email address, mobile phone number, address, zip code and if necessary, social security number (only when paying via Klarna installment or invoice).
Event beyond our control shall be considered force majeure, read more about force mejeure below.
Sunkiddscaps.com reserves the right to change any information in the terms.
If your order value does not exceed 750 SEK/75 EUR, sunkissdcaps.com will charge a shipping fee of 39 SEK within Sweden and 4 EUR within rest of Europe.
We have a return fee on 49 SEK within Sweden and 9 EUR within rest of Europe.

ORDER AND AGREEMENT
All orders need to be accepted by us. Sunkissdcaps.com reserves the right not to accept your order, and we reserve the right to not deliver for any reason without any liability. Examples of when we may not accept your order include:

Incorrect inventory level displayed on site at the time of receiving the order.
Incorrect price displayed on the website.
If we cannot approve your payment due to, for example, receiving invalid information from you as a customer.

Once you have completed your purchase, we will automatically send a confirmation that we have received your order. Please note that this is only a confirmation and not a binding acceptance of your order. The binding agreement is formed when we send you a delivery confirmation to the email address provided during the order. Sunkissdcaps.com does not guarantee that all products listed on the site are in stock at the time of your order. In a situation where a product is not available, we will promptly contact you via email.

PRICES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
All prices listed on sunkissdcaps.com are in SEK or EUR and are including of VAT.

Sunkissdcaps applies rounding to the nearest whole krona at the time of payment. Prices do not include shipping or payment fees. Payment and shipping fees are added separately unless otherwise stated on the website. Prices on the website are current and may change. The current and individual total price for your order is summarized in the shopping cart, including any fees for payment, shipping, and VAT, before the order is completed.

We always strive to accurately display our products. This includes, for example, model references and color representation. The size reference shown for the products on sunkissdcaps.com is approximate and provides guidelines for how the size may fit you. Measurements may vary depending on the material used in the manufacturing of the product. We cannot guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as some color variation may occur depending on the screen, resolution, and photo quality.

We reserve the right to make typographical errors on this website, such as errors in product description or technical specification. If an incorrect price has been specified for an item you have ordered, Sunkissd Caps AB will, of course, contact you about this and await your approval of the corrected price before proceeding with the order. PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
Sunkissdcaps.com may, from time to time, offer promotions on the website that may have different terms than those stated in these terms, for example, regarding payment and right of withdrawal. These modified terms apply if the promotion is active and for the specific products specified by Sunkissd Caps AB in connection with the ongoing offer. Sunkissdcaps.com reserves the right to withdraw these offers and promotions at any time. These offers on selected specific products on the website are valid for a limited period and if stocks last. Promo codes must be entered at checkout to be considered valid. Any attempt to apply a promo code after the purchase has been made will not be honored.

DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered to you according to the delivery option viewed at checkout. You will be charged a fee depending on your location. You can find information about your freight and shipping fee at checkout and under deliveries. If your order value does not exceed 750 SEK/75 EUR, sunkissdcaps.com will charge a shipping fee of 39 SEK within Sweden and 4 EUR within European union.

It is important that you pick up your package on time. If you fail to do so, the package will automatically be returned to us, and a fee of 200 SEK/20 EUR will be charged. This fee encompasses the shipping costs to and from you, along with handling and restocking expenses. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

DELIVERY TIME
The expected delivery time is stated on the website and in the delivery confirmation. We usually deliver within one to six (1-6) working days. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on your location, the delivery option you have chosen, and the time of the season when the order is placed. If you have not received your package within seven (7) days, please contact us at contact@sunkissdcaps.com. During long weekends and promotions, the delivery time may be a few extra days. Although we strive to deliver within the specified timeframes, deliveries may sometimes take longer due to unexpected events. If, contrary to expectations, the delivery time exceeds thirty (30) days, you have the right to cancel your order.

DELIVERY METHOD
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation to the email address you provided. This contains complete information about where you can track your order. Please note that some deviations may occur depending on your location.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
You have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the day you receive your products (according to the Distance and Home Sales Act and consumer protection legislation).

The product must be in the same new condition with the original tags attached as you received it, the product must be resalable.
If you have received the wrong product or if the product is damaged, please contact us at contact@sunkissdcaps.com.

When purchasing products, a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal always applies. This means that you have the right to withdraw your purchase by informing Sunkissd Caps AB within fourteen (14) days from when you or your representative received the ordered product/products. You must return the product(s) to us within seven (7) days from the date you informed us that you want to withdraw your purchase.

If the return is approved, the amount for the original order value will be refunded to your chosen payment method. Sunkissd Caps AB charges a return shipping fee of 49 SEK within Sweden and 9 EUR within European union markets. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To register and make a return, contact us at contact@sunkissdcaps.com, and you will receive an email with your return label / QR code and then drop of your return at closest accurate postal service to send your order back to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:

The item must be in the same condition as you received it in original packaging with all tags still in place. In cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply, we will inform you about this by email.
If the products are dirty or defective, avoid wearing makeup when trying your Sunkissd cap on, it can easily leave marks.

As a customer, you have the right to examine and try out the product at home. We encourage you to avoid wearing perfume or makeup as this may leave marks or odors on the product. If the quality of the product has been affected due to your use of the product more than necessary, we have the right to make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the depreciation of the product's value. We are not responsible if you choose not to use our packing slips or return shipping labels, received when completed a return.

REFUND
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund you, for your order amount excluding the shipping fee. Sunkissd Caps AB has the right to wait for the refund until we have received the goods or until we have provided proof that you have returned the goods. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for your order, and this will not incur any additional costs for you.

EXCHANGES
You can exchange your item free of charge for a different color and model within the fourteen (14) day return. To Exchange your ordered items to another item, contact us at contact@sunkissdcaps.com and we will send you a return label and a free shipping code for you to use for your new order. It is free of charge to exchange an item at Sunkissdcaps.com of same order value. If you wish to utilize your exchange right, the items need to be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to make a depreciation deduction corresponding to the decrease in value if we notice that you have used the product(s) more than necessary to establish its characteristics, function, and nature.

COMPLAINTS
The right to complain covers products that are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. If you discover that the product/products are damaged when you receive your order, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving your order. If you want to make a complain, contact us at contact@sunkissdcaps.com. Please prepare 1-3 pictures of the complaint on your item and have them ready for when you register your complaint. If the complaint is approved, we will replace your item with a new one. You have a three-year right to complain about purchased items from sunkissdcaps.com. When the product has been returned and the complaint has been approved, sunkissdcaps.com will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The right to complain applies to production defects of the product and not faults/damage caused by normal wear and tear. Sunkissdcaps.com reserves the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to consumer protection legislation.

DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
Disputes and complaints should primarily be resolved amicably after discussion with our customer service at sunkissdcaps.com. If it is not possible to resolve, we will follow Swedish law and the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board (ARN). If you have any complaints or suggestions for improvement, please kindly contact our support at contact@sunkissdcaps.com.

FORCE MAJEURE
Events beyond the control of sunkissdcaps.com, which are unforeseeable, shall be considered force majeure. This means that sunkissdcaps.com is released from all obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. This implies that sunkissdcaps.com is not responsible for delays caused by factors/circumstances that we could not control, such as war, strikes, fire, technical issues, terrorist attacks, faults in data connections, or other communication errors or delays in services from subcontractors due to the mentioned circumstances. If a situation like this arises, sunkissdcaps.com will contact you. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as warnings, bans, and restrictions, etc. If the circumstances last longer than two months, both you as a customer and sunkissdcaps.com have the right to terminate the purchase immediately.

GEOGRAFICAL LIMITATIONS
The website, sunkissdcaps.com, is primarily provided for users in the EU. Although it may be possible to access the website from other countries, we do not guarantee that our website complies with any legal requirements applicable in any jurisdiction other than European Union, or that the content available on the website will be suitable for users in other countries.
